Using this site

The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, text resizing, labeled forms and reduced-motion preferences. Technical details and FAQs expand when you select their headings. A “Skip to content” link is available at the start of every page.

Documents and video

The homepage video starts with sound off and includes controls for playback, volume and full screen. It does not autoplay when your device requests reduced motion.
