Where it began
One family’s idea.
A wider possibility.
Our story began on a 500-acre farm, with a golf cart adapted to help an eight-year-old granddaughter with limited mobility get around.
When the concept was shared with Tom Nickel and Darcy Knight, it became the starting point for Sterling Cruiser: a purpose-built vehicle that brings a comfortable ride and an integrated mobility platform together.
We build the Sterling Cruiser in Elkhart, Indiana around a simple belief: changing mobility needs shouldn’t mean losing touch with the places and experiences that matter.
